Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call our office directly during business hours. Have your insurance card and referral (if required) ready.
Referrals
Physicians wishing to refer a patient may call or fax our office. We accept referrals for consultations, procedures, and ongoing GI management.
Prescription Refills
Prescription refill requests should be submitted through your pharmacy. Allow adequate lead time and ensure you have a current appointment scheduled.
